Depending on how quickly you want to get your hands on your new goodies, we offer both standard and next day delivery options right to your door:

You can return orders to us within 60 days for a full refund.

It doesn’t happen often, but if you’ve received a glitchy goodie or the wrong item entirely, get in touch with us and our team will be able to help.

We can only refund products that reach us in an unused and resellable condition (including all the original packaging), so please take care to retain everything, including the outer box and wrapper, while deciding whether to keep your order.

Please note, if you’re returning an item that was part of a multibuy bundle, the multibuy offer is invalidated, and your refund will reflect you keeping the remaining item(s) at full price. If you’d like to exchange an item that was included as part of a multibuy, get in touch with one of the team and we’d be happy to help.

We offer free returns on all orders (provided they’re sent back to us within 60 days). You can register your return with royal mail here.

once your items are received back at casdon HQ, we’ll issue your refund within 5-7 days of receipt. create a free royal mail return label here and print at home or download the QR code to print in-store. Attach it to your parcel and drop it at your local post office – easy peasy, lemon squeazy.

Please make sure you obtain a proof of postage receipt. If your return doesn’t reach us, and you don’t have proof you sent it back to us, we won’t be able to refund you.
