what delivery options do you offer?

Depending on how quickly you want to get your hands on your new goodies, we offer both standard and next day delivery options right to your door:

standard delivery £4 (free over £25) 3-5 working days
next day delivery order by 1pm monday to friday £7.50 (free over £40) delivered next day*

 

* (excluding Bank Holidays).

We are unable to deliver goods outside of the United Kingdom, British Overseas Territories, BFPO or PO Box addresses.

how do i check the status of my order?

if you setup and account with us at checkout, simply log in to your account and select ‘orders’ from the left hand menu. your order status will be detailed along with your order number.

if you chose to checkout as a guest, drop us a line and we can check the status of your order for you.

can i track my order?

our standard delivery orders are sent via royal mail – unfortunately they do not provide tracking links however delivery is within 3-5 days.

next day deliveries are shipped via DPD – tracking links are sent through SMS or email and will advise a 1 hour delivery slot. you can update your delivery options by following the link in your SMS or email.

what couriers do you use?

we use royal mail for UK standard shipping and parcelforce for all next day delivery options.

do you offer international shipping?

we currently offer delivery to addresses within the uk only, however our products are sold by retailers across the globe. visit our where to buy page to find out more.

what is your returns policy?

we offer free 60 days returns on every order as long as the goods are unused and in their original packaging.

You can register your free return with royal mail here. Select ‘casdon’ from the list and follow the steps to generate your pre-paid label.

can I exchange an item?

exchanges are hassle free and cost nothing, drop us a line and one of the team can arrange this for you.

who pays for return shipping?

we offer free returns on all orders – so long as they’re returned within 60 days. create a return label with royal mail here.

how long will it take to get a refund?

once your items are received back at casdon HQ, we’ll issue your refund within 5-7 days of receipt – please note that returns typically take 5-10 days to reach us.

don’t forget to obtain a proof of postage receipt. If your return doesn’t reach us, and you don’t have proof you sent it back to us, we won’t be able to refund you.

do you offer spare parts?

we pride ourselves on quality, with an average of 4.7 ⭐️ reviews across the board – which is why we can confidentally offer a 12 months free repair or replace guarentee for products purchased on www.casdon.com.

all you need to do is get in touch with one of the team along with your order confirmation email and/or order number and we’ll arrange a repair or replacement product for you (all you pay is shipping!).

are your products officially licensed?

absolutely. we wouldn’t be able to acheive the level of detail, quality and authenticity we do without working directly with our licensors.

we collaborate through design, engineering, sales and marketing to connect real-life with play and deliver best-selling role-play toys to children across the world, while parents, carers, grandparents and gift-givers can be safe in the knowlegdge our products are authentic and trusted. 🌍

what age range are your toys suitable for?

Our products are for little ones aged 2-5 years and we tend to categorise them into three groups: toddlers (2+ years), pre-schoolers (3+ years), early years (4+ years) and kids (5+ years).

what payment methods do you accept?

there’s nothing worse than getting to checkout only to realise the payment option you’d like to use isn’t available 🙈 that’s why we accept all major card types as well as super convenient payment options:

can I cancel or change my order?

if you’ve selected standard delivery for your order, there may be a chance we can cancel or amend your order before it’s shipped. contact one of the team and we can look into this for you.

for next day deliveries, our warehouse will prioritise your order so our super-speedy shipping means it’s not possible to amend or cancel your order once it has been placed.

once a shipping label has been generated and your order has left our warehouse, we will be unable to amend or cancel your order. Fear not however – we do offer free returns on all orders within 60 days – simply follow our returns process and we’ll refund you on receipt of the goods reaching our warehouse again.

is my payment information secure?

all payments are processed through our trusted payment gateway – stripe. stripe is certified as a level 1 service provider which is the highest level of certification for payment processors. stripe complies with the payment card industry security standard (PCI-DSS), a set of security standards established by major card brands like visa, mastercard and american express.

how do i use my promo code?

Simple! Add your favourite toys to your shopping basket and proceed to checkout. At the bottom of your item list, select ‘enter code’.  copy and paste your discount code into the relevant field and hit enter – piece of cake. 🍰

i forgot to apply my discount code or voucher

Fear not, so long as your discount code or voucher is valid at the time your order was placed, our team can do a quick check and apply it as a refund for you.

do I have to create an account to make a purchase?

if you’re in a rush and want to fast-track the virtual checkout line, select our ‘guest checkout’ option – no need to create an account if time is of the essence.
